{"id":127,"date":"2020-10-01T10:47:53","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T10:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/?p=127"},"modified":"2020-11-01T22:41:15","modified_gmt":"2020-11-01T22:41:15","slug":"metro-utility-excavations-wins-significant-new-contract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/metro-utility-excavations-wins-significant-new-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Metro Utility\u00a0Excavations Wins Significant New Contract"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Metro Utility\u00a0Excavations is delighted to have been awarded a significant amount of work as part of the APA 2020\/21 HDPE Gas Mains Renewal Program in Adelaide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects involve approximately 24 km of HDPE gas mains renewal in Belair, Hawthorndene and Coromandel Valley, replacing yellow plastic gas mains originally installed in the 1980s and 90s. These were three packages that we targeted in the tender process, and so the company is naturally extremely pleased that our work and reputation continues to be viewed so favourably by APA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/metroutilities.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/IMG_0133.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Metro Utility Excavations will be undertaking the work in collaboration with Downer as the principal contractor.
